Meet Luis Pedro.

My journey is nothing short of miraculous, which aligns perfectly with the name of our team, Milagro Homes.

I was born and raised in Guatemala City, Guatemala, the beautiful "Land of Eternal Spring." On November 11, 2002, my life took a dramatic turn when I was shot in the head during a carjacking and left for dead. I was pronounced dead at the scene, but I believe God had other plans. After being rushed to the hospital, I remained unattended for 30 hours with exposed brain tissue. I fell into a coma, and when I eventually woke up, I was blind and paralyzed from the neck down.

Faced with my new reality, I made a pact with God to dedicate my life to serving others in the best way I could. Over time, I experienced a miraculous healing—first regaining my sight and then the movement of my entire body. I had to relearn everything, a process that taught me humility and deepened my appreciation for life.

I feel incredibly blessed to have met my wife, Jaime Bolanos, during a mission trip in Guatemala after my accident. She has been my source of strength and inspiration ever since. We married on June 23, 2012, and later welcomed two wonderful daughters, Mia and Luciana, now 2 ½ years old and 1 year old, respectively.

After working in education for over a decade, I heard countless stories of how Latino families were underserved and underrepresented when it came to homeownership and investing. This motivated me to become a licensed realtor three years ago. In addition to being a realtor, I’m also an investor with a diverse portfolio of both single-family and multifamily properties. My firsthand experience as an investor gives me a unique perspective when helping clients navigate the real estate market.

Initially, I worked part-time as a realtor, but after my eldest daughter was diagnosed with autism, we made a family decision to prioritize her care. My flexible schedule has allowed me to be fully present for her therapies and doctor appointments while pursuing my real estate career full-time for the past year.

It's been a rewarding experience helping so many families buy their first homes and educating them about real estate investing. My journey has been extraordinary, and I'm grateful to continue serving and making an impact in our community.
