My name is Juan Carlos De La O Valadez. I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and in August 2013, I moved to Minneapolis, MN, making it my new home. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to become a U.S. citizen, fulfilling a lifelong dream.

From a young age, I’ve been passionate about architecture and the construction of homes and buildings. When I arrived in Minnesota, my brother, who was involved in home remodeling, connected me with friends who were carpenters in the framing construction industry. I quickly started working with them, and after a few years, I joined “The Carpenters Union,” where I began building homes and apartment complexes from the ground up. With over 10 years of experience, I am confident in my skills and craftsmanship.

Life also brought me the wonderful opportunity to meet my wife, Luciana, an entrepreneur who owns a successful Family Childcare business in Northeast Minneapolis. Together, we decided to pursue another passion: helping ourselves and others achieve financial freedom through property ownership. I supported her in obtaining her Realtor License, and now I’m working towards getting mine as well. To support her and our shared goals, I studied English, assisted with her business and duplex upgrades, and became bilingual and multicultural, which has allowed me to connect with and help many people.
